Responsibilities

  • Direct, motivate, and develop the sales team, promoting a high-performance and collaborative culture
  • Establish clear objectives and provide coaching to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Define variable compensation schemes and incentives to recognize performance
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, market share, and relational NPS
  • Develop market penetration strategies based on trends and behaviors
  • Collaborate with internal areas (Product, Finance, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution
  • Strengthen relationships with current clients and establish new strategic relationships
  • Identify and qualify business opportunities in the Large Accounts segment
  • Create compelling value propositions and negotiate complex commercial agreements
  • Supervise the management of strategic accounts, ensuring retention and expansion
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, closing, and post-sales
  • Monitor key performance indicators (portfolio, visits, reports, account plans)
  • Analyze customer needs to adjust strategies and ensure agreed service levels
