Expertise in driving evolution of flagship products (e.g., IVMS - Intelligent Vegetation Management System) toward unified platforms
Deep domain knowledge in utilities sector, including vegetation, climate, and asset risks
Strong technical acumen in AI, machine learning, and satellite data
Ability to partner directly with customers to understand workflows, challenges, and priorities
Proven collaboration skills with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Passion for building category-defining products with measurable impact
Market intelligence and customer insights to identify high-value opportunities
Experience in go-to-market strategies, product positioning, pricing, and packaging

Responsibilities

Champion the utility product vision: shape and steer long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for AiDASH’s utility portfolio, driving evolution of AIMS and IVMS
Define the next horizon for AiDASH: partner with executive leadership and platform teams to align product direction with mission for a smarter, resilient grid
Identify and unlock high-value opportunities: fuse domain knowledge, market intelligence, customer insights, and AI/ML capabilities to define breakthrough strategies
Ignite market momentum: collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, pricing, and packaging to accelerate adoption
Build, validate, and evolve: lead end-to-end product development, partnering with early customers to test ideas, validate hypotheses, and refine products
