Requirements

  • Experienced product lead with expertise in scaling OSS PLG products
  • Strategic and hands-on approach, capable of operating at all levels of the product stack (not a management and delegation role)

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the company's product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and fundraising narrative
  • Collaborate with CEO and engineering leadership to translate company vision into a prioritized roadmap for AWS Accelerator and Terragrunt Scale
  • Lead market research and customer discovery to refine products’ value proposition, focusing on high-pain use cases like security and compliance (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP)
  • Spearhead ideation and prototyping of a future AI-powered offering leveraging IaC data and expertise
  • Design, implement, and own PLG strategy for seamless pathways from open-source discovery to commercial purchase
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for technical audiences from developers to enterprise decision-makers
  • Mastermind partnership and ecosystem strategy, focusing on AWS Marketplace, co-selling with AWS, and ISV relationships
  • Own product pricing, packaging, and lifecycle management for commercial offerings
  • Ensure product strategy supports and remains sensitive to open source community concerns and priorities
  • Nurture and grow developer relations and community engagement
