Responsibilities

Develop and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy strongly aligned with leveraging emerging AI technologies for outsized growth
Strategically integrate Generative AI and other AI capabilities to create superior user experiences and strong differentiation in the US market
Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring a seamless and intuitive UX across all product touch points, especially new AI features
Build, manage, and scale the product organisation, mentoring and empowering Product Managers to bring bold, AI-integrated concepts to life
Synthesise quantitative and qualitative insights to inform actionable, data-driven product strategies with strong commercial imperatives
Partner closely with cross-functional teams to effectively communicate and execute the AI-integrated product roadmap, managing complex dependencies at scale
