Responsibilities

  • Build a high-trust, business-centric procurement program grounded in clarity, speed, and strong controls
  • Own the end-to-end source-to-PO motion across indirect categories, from vendor intake and RFx to contracting, and purchase orders
  • Stand up simple, auditable policies and approval frameworks that scale globally and meet public-company readiness
  • Establish category strategies and multi-year savings plans across key spend areas like software, marketing, people systems, and corporate services
  • Partner with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance, and BizTech to streamline intake, due diligence, and risk reviews without slowing teams down
  • Implement the right tooling and data for visibility and decision making, including intake, CLM alignment, vendor risk, and spend analytics
  • Negotiate high-impact commercial agreements and renewals, balancing cost, flexibility, and vendor performance
  • Hire, develop, and lead a small, mighty team; coach cross-functional partners on great procurement habits
