Master degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Science or relatable)
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role involving tech transfer, process validation, process life cycle management
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a people manager
Fluent English (must have); Dutch (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers with different backgrounds and experience levels
Propose and drive innovative ideas to improve cell therapy manufacturing process (reliability, OOS, terminations, automation, cost)
Lead, support and influence process improvements at local and global levels
Act as SME in support of investigations, process improvements, process validations and tech transfer activities
Manage stakeholders and build strong partnerships with departments (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality) for seamless implementation of improvements
Design solutions, provide proof-of-concept and implement process improvements
