Responsibilities

They will oversee the definition, optimization, and generation of metrics, reports, and scorecards to assess operational performance, including delivery, productivity, financial, and quality performance, and will work with various collaborators to design, develop, maintain, and improve metrics and associated analytical reports. Additionally, the role involves serving as the business lead for priority projects and initiatives, delivering insightful analyses and recommendations to senior leadership, and providing consultation and oversight of data gathering, defining operational user requirements, and functional specifications.
