Requirements

  • Experienced operations leader from games, consumer tech, or digital industries, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership and the FLT
  • Experience designing and scaling operating systems and improving delivery performance
  • Strong background in cross-functional planning, governance, and business operations
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence skills; builds trust quickly and navigates complexity with clarity
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking decisive action; moves comfortably between detail and the big picture
  • Experienced in organizational change, automation, and AI-driven improvements

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Head of Farm and the FLT to set priorities and translate them into clear plans and outcomes; lead the governance cadence (e.g., planning cycles, OKRs, business reviews, Key Team Reviews, and offsites)
  • Form strong connections with stakeholders across Farm and King to align on strategy, performance, and execution—serving as a connector into the broader business
  • Support leadership narratives, focus setting, and decision-making through clear forums and cadences
  • Lead and evolve Farm’s operating model to ensure consistency, simplicity, and accountability across Product Areas; establish impactful ways of working for prioritization, decision-making, planning, and estimation
  • Identify collaboration friction and dependencies; improve flow, predictability, and resource allocation by refining processes, tools, and handoffs; define and track OKRs/KPIs that focus teams on outcomes that matter
  • Partner with Tech and Product Area Leaders to drive automation, AI adoption, and data-informed improvements to how we work
  • Build feedback loops that surface team health insights and lead to visible actions and measurable improvements; shape team and leadership cadences (e.g., team-wide demos/Town Demos and offsites) that reinforce clarity, trust, and inclusion
  • Lead internal communications to connect strategy to purpose; ensure goals, priorities, and progress are communicated clearly so teams understand the “what” and the “why.”
  • Line manage and develop a Senior Operations Specialist with clear objectives, growth opportunities, and alignment to Farm’s priorities
  • Use people metrics to anticipate risks and shape interventions around workload, retention, and engagement in partnership with HR; strengthen manager capability and align operating systems with people systems to support growth, clarity, and belonging
