Responsibilities

  • Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making, challenging the status quo and fostering new ideas, processes, and partnerships to enhance brand performance and customer engagement
  • Drive a customer-centric and insight-driven marketing approach, ensuring that brand plans and initiatives are based on robust data from healthcare professionals, patients, and payers
  • Lead the local adaptation and implementation of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and local regulations
  • Develop integrated, multichannel communication and engagement strategies, leveraging digital innovation and analytics to maximize effectiveness
  • Champion data-driven marketing, using metrics, dashboards, and performance insights to continuously optimize campaigns, content, and customer engagement models
  • Introduce and champion innovative engagement formats that enhance reach, personalization, and value for customers
  • Monitor campaign performance, market share trends, and customer experience metrics to drive continuous improvement and ROI optimization
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure full strategic alignment and effective execution
  • Act as the local ambassador for the Therapeutic Areas, ensuring continuous dialogue between local and global teams
  • Contribute to launch readiness and post-launch performance by aligning local priorities and ensuring operational excellence
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and data literacy within the marketing team
  • Lead, develop, and inspire the local marketing team to deliver high performance, analytical rigor, and professional growth
