Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, over five years of working experience in the pharmaceutical (or relevant) and/or consulting industries, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and native/fluent Japanese with business level or above English.
Strongly preferred experiences include launch experience, Medical Science Degrees or MBA, experience in Sales, Marketing or Medical Affairs, experience in oncology and/or gene therapy, vendor management, and Digital Marketing/communication.
The role requires strategic, logical and critical thinking, leadership and inclusivity, accountability, coachability and passion for growth, self-motivation and agility in learning, strong interpersonal skills and collaboration, and cross-functional project management.
A strong candidate has the mandatory experience in pharma or consulting, fluency in Japanese and English, plus preferred launch experience in oncology/gene therapy, and demonstrates strategic thinking, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
