Responsibilities

  • Develop and own internal communications strategy, focusing on alignment with strategic objectives and anticipating needs
  • Shape Slack/Notion channel strategy (audiences, owners, posting standards, cadences) to reduce noise
  • Guide and shape narratives, including elevating employee stories, executive announcements, and special events
  • Own Global All Hands and company-wide announcements as single-threaded leader
  • Orchestrate monthly company all-hands, regional Q&As, and stakeholder management for messaging alignment
  • Partner with founders and leadership to handle complex, sensitive matters and ensure exceptional employee experience
  • Collaborate across the organization as it scales
  • Respond internally to world events and culture topics in alignment with company values
  • Define simple measurement framework (reach, comprehension, time-to-understanding) and share monthly retros
  • Experiment with new storytelling formats (micro-video, audio recaps, live Q&As) for fresh engagement
