Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the programmatic advertising industry
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in sales team management, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets and building robust relationships with clients and partners
  • Experience working with ad tech vendors and platforms, direct advertisers, agency trading desks, SSPs, and DSPs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and negotiate effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of leveraging data to drive business decisions
  • Willingness to travel as required by business needs
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales operations in the U.S. market, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the programmatic advertising industry, including new client acquisition, partnership development, and strategic account growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies, guiding the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
  • Conduct market research and analyze U.S. market trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging business models to provide data-driven support for business development strategies and decision-making
  • Deliver compelling presentations to clients and partners, clearly communicating the value of the company’s services and solutions
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on business performance, team progress, and achievement of revenue targets
  • Directly manage the US team, including Sales, Operations, and support functions, setting goals, monitoring performance, and ensuring smooth, efficient, and effective day-to-day office operations
