Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end Mid-Market / Enterprise go-to-market strategy
  • Make hiring decisions, honing our ideal customer profile and onboarding strategy
  • Leverage key customer insights to partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure consistency in the customer experience and predictability in execution
  • Maintain key operating mechanisms such as planning, forecasting, and budgeting to allow for predictability in the Mid-Market / Enterprise Team
  • Leverage market intelligence to develop the appropriate go-to-market strategies
