Requirements

  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in a multi-region (global) SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and mentor high-performing distributed teams across different time zones
  • Deep technical expertise in .NET and/or PHP backend development, with strong knowledge of SQL databases and modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in leading major technical transformations, including cloud migrations and modernizations

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver the technology strategy for the Education portfolio
  • Ensure the Education platform scales globally while empowering educators and enriching learning experiences for children
  • Take ownership of a ~$40M revenue portfolio with ambitious international expansion plans, driving technological innovation and business growth
  • Lead innovation at scale across multiple interconnected platforms (Office, Playground, Home, MyWaitlist) that serve 8,700+ childcare services
  • Report directly to the Chief Technology Officer - SaaS, providing strategic influence over technology decisions
  • Build solutions that create meaningful connections for families, educators, and children in early childhood education
  • Collaborate closely with teams across time zones, with some overlap in working hours and occasional business travel
