Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy for Mexico, ensuring accelerated growth across all digital channels
  • Align eCommerce initiatives with overall business goals and drive digital transformation within the organization
  • Identify new opportunities in marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and quick commerce platforms
  • Own the P&L for the eCommerce channel, ensuring profitability and sustainable long-term growth
  • Analyze key financial metrics, market trends, and performance data to optimize pricing, promotions, and investment strategies
  • Work closely with finance to develop accurate sales forecasts and financial models
  • Lead commercial relationships with Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart, Liverpool, and other key retailers
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with Last Milers like Rappi, Cornershop, and Jokr, optimizing digital shelf visibility, pricing, and promotional strategies
  • Implement best practices in assortment, pricing, promotions, and fulfillment to maximize performance across all eCommerce platforms
  • Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams to integrate eCommerce into the company’s way of working
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives, including performance marketing, SEO, CRM, and conversion rate optimization
  • Protect Digital Shelf and ensure seamless operations
