Requirements

  • Based in New York, NY or hybrid remote, with expectation to attend office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (subject to legal right to work in jurisdiction)
  • Senior, hands-on strategic leader capable of owning the entire demand generation function from strategy and campaign design to execution and analysis
  • Experience aligning go-to-market (GTM) motion with cohesive demand generation strategy in a B2B Enterprise SaaS company
  • Ability to design and execute end-to-end campaigns across channels to drive MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Leadership skills to manage internal team (e.g., content writers, demand gen director) and external agency engagements, providing direction, content, and assets

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
  • Own the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns, from ideation and content briefs to launch and optimization, including building campaign assets like landing pages and ad copy
  • Lead and manage external ad agency, providing clear strategic direction and creative assets; manage content writers and demand gen director; partner with Sales Ops
  • Define and execute relevant campaign strategies for different target audiences and personas across sectors
  • Oversee performance across channels: Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), Content & SEO (with internal/external resources), Email Marketing (targeted campaigns for nurturing and outbound)
  • Build and manage targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns using intent data platforms for high-value accounts
  • Develop and implement strategies to convert leads from events as sponsor or exhibitor
  • Use data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on key KPIs
