Senior, hands-on strategic leader capable of owning the entire demand generation function from strategy and campaign design to execution and analysis
Experience aligning go-to-market (GTM) motion with cohesive demand generation strategy in a B2B Enterprise SaaS company
Ability to design and execute end-to-end campaigns across channels to drive MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, and revenue growth
Leadership skills to manage internal team (e.g., content writers, demand gen director) and external agency engagements, providing direction, content, and assets

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy focused on driving MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline
Own the full lifecycle of integrated campaigns, from ideation and content briefs to launch and optimization, including building campaign assets like landing pages and ad copy
Lead and manage external ad agency, providing clear strategic direction and creative assets; manage content writers and demand gen director; partner with Sales Ops
Define and execute relevant campaign strategies for different target audiences and personas across sectors
Oversee performance across channels: Paid Media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), Content & SEO (with internal/external resources), Email Marketing (targeted campaigns for nurturing and outbound)
Build and manage targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns using intent data platforms for high-value accounts
Develop and implement strategies to convert leads from events as sponsor or exhibitor
Use data to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and report on key KPIs
