Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Data (Science, Analysis, Engineering)
  • Extensive experience in modeling and analyzing high volumes of user-level data
  • Proven track record of successfully deploying data science projects to production
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently on analytically complex topics
  • Experience in designing and analyzing complex A/B tests for mobile applications
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models
  • Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

  • Tackle strategic and operational challenges by analyzing large and complex datasets

  • Provide actionable recommendations from A/B tests to shape the product roadmap
  • Build and scale a robust data infrastructure that addresses both business intelligence and data science needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists
