  • Proven success in territory planning, quota setting, and sales operations leadership within a global organization
  • Expertise with enterprise data, CRM, and analytics platforms (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, BI tools)
  • Experience implementing AI/ML solutions for forecasting, segmentation, or planning
  • Exceptional command of English (written and spoken)

Responsibilities

  • Own the global territory design and allocation process, ensuring fair, data-driven coverage models that maximize market opportunity and seller productivity. Oversee annual planning cycles, in-year adjustments, and governance of territory changes
  • Lead the development and implementation of quota methodologies aligned with business objectives. Use AI-powered forecasting models to improve accuracy and transparency in quota assignments
  • Introduce and scale machine learning and predictive analytics to optimize territory design, quota setting, and revenue forecasting. Drive automation of planning workflows to reduce cycle times and improve precision
  • Define and implement world-class operating rhythms - daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly - to drive accountability and consistent achievement of bookings and revenue goals
  • Develop scalable processes for market segmentation, white space identification, and execution of data-driven sales strategies across regions
  • Lead global pipeline analysis across the entire revenue funnel, delivering actionable insights on marketing ROI, sales effectiveness, and conversion performance
  • Build and lead a centralized hub for reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights for commercial teams and senior leadership
  • Partner with global leaders across Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Product to align priorities, share insights, and influence strategic decisions
  • Manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and measurable business impact
