The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in a business operations role, preferably within a fast-growing technology or marketplace company. Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional projects and driving performance improvements is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
As Head of Business Operations, you will monitor marketplace health at the national and city level, surfacing opportunities to improve supply and demand balance and collaborating with relevant departments to drive the right actions. You will also manage high-priority cross-functional projects with strategic implications for the business, take accountability for project outcomes, and ensure delivery on critical project metrics. Furthermore, you will develop, communicate, and operationalize strategies to help Too Good To Go achieve its goals at the country and/or regional level, actively participate in regional expansion plans, and synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders. Finally, you will support knowledge sharing and implementation among stakeholders and contribute to business planning activities.
