Requirements

Candidates must have at least 3 years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a proven ability to coach a team of 7+ members. Experience in outbound and/or account-based marketing is a plus. Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong experience is preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills, a passion for learning, and fluent French and English proficiency are required, with German proficiency being a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

The Head of Business Development will scale and coach the Business Development Representative (BDR) team, align strategy with Marketing & Sales leadership, and be accountable for team and campaign performance. They will improve the outbound team's messaging and productivity, conduct call coaching and email reviews, and identify projects to drive BDR performance. Additionally, they will provide qualitative feedback on market response and BDR bottlenecks, audit tools and procedures, and contribute strategic input to the business plan.
