Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and optimize the existing tech stack and processes to maximize team output
  • Monitor market trends, connect innovations, and apply them to generate consistent pipeline in the target market
  • Build and iterate on a high-performing PG culture (human, creative, strategic, high intensity)
  • Flex between strategy (e.g., ICP evaluation, target setting with marketing/revenue leadership) and execution
  • Conduct call blocks with the team, test new approaches hands-on, and lead by example
  • Own tracking and analysis of campaign, sequence, and pipeline generation efficacy for on-target performance and strategic planning
  • Design and implement strategic target account development and hyper-relevant, personalized scaled plays to deliver consistent pipeline
  • Partner with marketing, product, and broader revenue org to roll out campaigns and tactics for opportunity creation and customer learning
