Responsibilities

  • Lead the brand visuals team to develop breakthrough creative that drives Lingo adoption across brand and marketing touchpoints, including advertising, web, email, events, performance marketing, and social media
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Head of Copy to develop engaging, inspiring concepts and execute them flawlessly to drive business impact
  • Collaborate closely with designers, writers, external production partners, and cross-functionally with Marketing, eCommerce, and Product teams
  • Lead concept development, design, and art direction across campaigns, digital experiences, retail, and content
  • Proactively track trends in culture, design, user experience, and social media
  • Inspire and embrace challenges, technologies, and new ways of thinking
  • Mentor creatives on the team, lead by example, elevate creative concepts and craft, and achieve team and individual goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across Lingo and Abbott to ensure the brand’s creative vision is consistent
