Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in this field (either client or agency), preferably in the tech sector
  • B2B or B2C experience, with work on complex products and/or services
  • Excellent level of oral and written English
  • Big plus: experience working on a marketplace (due to two audiences)
  • Genuine interest and ability in both setting the strategy AND getting the job done
  • Experience collaborating with diverse local stakeholders across a European scope, respecting localized business model rather than top-down approach
  • Curiosity around AI as the next productivity booster for marketing
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to develop and nurture relationships, lead by example, win commitment, and share enthusiasm

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a consistent brand strategy aligned with the company’s mission and growth
  • Ensure the brand story and identity resonate with target audiences and markets
  • Oversee and refine the visual identity, tone of voice, and key messages for a cohesive and impactful presence
  • Adapt brand messaging to different audience segments (freelancers, businesses, partners)
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to integrate brand positioning
  • Ensure brand alignment in product launches and marketing campaigns
  • Work with Content and Acquisition teams to define campaign strategies aligned with brand objectives
  • Lead creative teams to develop assets supporting both demand generation and long-term brand building
  • Manage the brand’s positioning on social media
  • Design strategies to grow the community, strengthen brand affinity, and drive demand
  • Enhance visibility and credibility
  • Recruit internal/external brand ambassadors and lead thought leadership initiatives
  • Conduct market research and brand perception analysis
  • Understand merchant needs and competitive positioning
  • Define clear performance indicators (KPIs) and track brand performance
  • Provide regular reporting and continuously optimize strategies based on metrics (awareness, engagement, perception)
  • Support and mentor the brand and creative team
  • Ensure high performance and ongoing professional growth
