Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience with Workday, preferably in an analyst or functional support role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Workday Module Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in at least one Workday module (Benefits, Learning, or Advanced Reporting preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
    • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and calculated fields in Workday.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Workday Platform Support: Support the ongoing configuration, optimization, and maintenance of the Workday platform across modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Talent & Performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to ensure Workday aligns with business needs.
  • Day-to-Day Operations: Manage daily operations and troubleshoot Workday issues, including performing root cause analysis.
  • Workday Releases: Participate in Workday releases by assessing impact, conducting testing, and implementing new features.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Develop reports and dashboards utilizing Workday Report Writer and calculated fields.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for Workday processes and configurations.
  • EIB Loads & Change Management: Provide support for EIB Loads and change management processes.
  • Project Support: Assist with Workday projects, including module rollouts, process improvements, and reporting initiatives.
  • Configuration & Maintenance: Configure and maintain Workday modules, business processes, and integrations.
