Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries for data analysis. They should have experience managing or supporting system implementations, integrations, and configurations for enterprise clients, along with experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices is required, along with fluent English writing and speaking skills. Experience working remotely is considered a plus.
The HCM Onboarding Analyst will partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout HRIS implementations, performing data migration, cleansing, and validation activities. They will translate customer needs into technical requirements, map current processes to system requirements, and support integration projects. The role involves working closely with customers to set up the HRIS system, creating customized client documentation and training materials, and developing UAT plans and test scripts. Responsibilities also include ensuring a first-class handover to BAU teams and supporting hypercare periods, while meeting all data and analysis deliverables within agreed timelines.
