Requirements

Candidates should possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries with strong data analysis skills. They must have experience managing or supporting system implementations, integrations, and configuration for enterprise clients, along with experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices is essential. The role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to work independently, and fluent English written and spoken communication. Experience working remotely is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The HCM Onboarding Analyst will partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout HRIS implementations, performing data migration, cleansing, and validation. They will translate customer needs into technical requirements, map processes, and ensure system requirements are built within the platform. Responsibilities include supporting integration projects, setting up the HRIS system with clients, creating customized client documentation and training materials, and developing UAT Plans and test scripts. The analyst will ensure a first-class handover to BAU teams, support hypercare periods, and guarantee data and analysis deliverables are met accurately and on time.
