Requirements

Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL queries with strong data analysis skills. They should have experience managing or supporting system implementations, integrations, and configurations for enterprise clients, along with experience designing and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT). A deep knowledge of Global HR and Payroll processes, HCM platforms, and data migration best practices is essential. The role requires excellent project management skills, the ability to work independently, and fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

The HCM Onboarding Analyst will partner with Onboarding Consultants and GP Payroll teams throughout HRIS implementations, performing data migration, cleansing, and validation activities. They will translate customer needs into technical requirements, map processes to system requirements, and support integration projects. Responsibilities include setting up the HRIS system in collaboration with client teams, creating customized client documentation and training materials, and developing UAT Plans and test scripts. The analyst will ensure accurate data and analysis deliverables within agreed timelines and manage the handover to Business As Usual (BAU) teams.
