Responsibilities

  • Complete Workday Core HCM & Practical Certification training in Month 1 and undertake further Specialist Certification training within first 6 months
  • Supplement product learnings through active project engagements, working under the guidance of a Functional Architect or Senior Consultant
  • Work closely with other Consulting Teams, including Data and Integration Consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Gather and understand Customer’s Business Requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts, utilising pre-delivered Workday solutions
  • Translate Customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing of the Workday solution
  • Support customer during multiple rounds of testing, responding to and resolving test issues under the guidance of the Lead Consultant
  • Undertake final deployment activities, including provision of knowledge transfer and post-production support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, leading or supporting implementation of single or multiple HCM functional streams focusing on Talent Acquisition and Development
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation of Workday’s HCM product across varied customer portfolios
  • Work on at least 1-3 full-cycle implementation projects within first year, building on knowledge through additional training and multiple/concurrent projects in second year
