The Harnessing Technician will assume ownership of the harness manufacturing process, collaborating with the engineering team on mechanical and electrical systems assembly and maintenance. They will focus on quality improvements, perform mechanical and wiring tasks, develop manufacturing jigs, follow electrical schematics, troubleshoot circuit designs, prepare test plans, manage part inventory, organize tooling, and adhere to workplace safety guidelines. The role involves travel 15-25% of the time for equipment installations and servicing.
