  • Professional experience in the sorting area of a parcel delivery service is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Professional guidance and allocation of employees in consultation with the supervisor
  • Training of new employees: instruction in the area of responsibility, organizational processes, technical aids, operating instructions, etc
  • Contribution to ensuring cross-departmental cooperation at the site
  • Compliance with legal and official requirements, relevant work and operating instructions
  • Contribution to the regular review of work processes for the improvement of productivity and quality
  • Monitoring the proper use of IT and technical aids
