Requirements

  • Serve as a key member of the global HBS Leadership Team and main contact for stakeholders across Haleon
  • Act as a Board Member of the Polish legal entity
  • Lead a centre with 600+ staff, focusing on talent, culture, delivery, compliance, facilities, and continuous improvement
  • Drive the centre’s growth to become a talent hub and fully integrated, multi-functional, digital organization
  • Embed the ‘Win as One’ culture and foster a high-performance, inclusive environment
  • Partner with HR and global leaders on talent management, learning, and succession planning
  • Uphold high standards of governance, compliance, risk management, and transparent reporting

Responsibilities

  • Guide the implementation of HBS strategy at the Poland centre, oversee performance, governance, and reporting
  • Position HBS Poland as a talent destination and build future capabilities
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize high-impact projects
  • Drive talent attraction, retention, engagement, recruitment, and development of senior talent
  • Serve as the single point of contact for services delivered from the centre and oversee daily service delivery aligned with HBS plans
  • Support change management, communication, facilities, infrastructure, and a culture of continuous excellence
  • Build strong relationships with functions, business units, regions, and stakeholders; act as the Voice of HBS
  • Ensure clear communication, transparency during growth and projects, and share key metrics at leadership meetings
  • Identify and mitigate risks, implement data-driven risk management, maintain and test the Business Continuity Plan
