Minimum bachelor’s degree
Experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter solution, preferably confirmed by relevant certification
Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in ClaimCenter implementation projects
Other experience related to IT systems implementation including systems integration, data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation (as an asset)
Strong communicator with fluency in English
Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues
Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues

Responsibilities

Be part of business transformation projects, creating solutions that redefine claim services and positively impact client experiences
Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state-of-the-art solutions
Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth-driven mindset
Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams
Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry
