Responsibilities
Supervise employees to ensure they perform all job duties as implemented by management
Provide constructive feedback to employees to help them perform tasks effectively
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards, maintain proper cash levels
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks (where applicable)
Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions
Address inquiries and resolve guest concerns effectively
