Responsibilities

  • Employee Supervision: Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties implemented by management
  • Employee Coaching: Provide constructive feedback to employees to help them perform tasks effectively
  • Guest Experience: Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Policy Adherence: Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies
  • Point of Sale Operations: Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
  • Guest Service Programs: Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Cash Handling: Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks (where applicable)
  • Inventory Management: Replenishes products to ensure in-stock conditions
  • Guest Inquiries & Complaints: Address inquiries and complaints from guests
