Supervise employees to ensure they perform all job duties implemented by management
Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to improve task performance
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
Operate the point of sale according to corporate standards and maintain proper cash levels
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Manage all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable
Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions
Address inquiries and complaints from guests
Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines
