Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees to ensure they perform all job duties as directed by management
  • Provide constructive feedback to employees to improve performance
  • Greet guests and create an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies and procedures
  • Operate the point of sale system according to corporate standards
  • Maintain proper cash levels and handle cash processes (deposits, lottery, gift cards, checks)
  • Ensure products are replenished to maintain in-stock conditions
  • Responsible for the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
