Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties implemented by management
  • Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to help them perform specific tasks
  • Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
  • Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
  • Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels
  • Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
  • Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
  • Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable
  • Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
  • Address inquiries and complaints from guests
