Responsibilities
Supervise employees, ensuring they perform all job duties implemented by management
Coach employees by providing constructive feedback to help them perform specific tasks
Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience
Adhere to established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices
Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels
Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.)
Ensure the 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes
Responsible for all cash processes, including deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable
Always replenish products to ensure in-stock conditions
Address inquiries and complaints from guests
