Candidates need a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field, proven industry experience in Lean transformation preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments, certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, a proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean initiatives, strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and willingness to travel as needed.
