Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field
  • Proven industry experience in Lean transformation, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent; Shingijutsu or Toyota Production System experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Lean initiatives with measurable results
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and change management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support global operations

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders on Lean thinking and enterprise transformation
  • Designing and facilitating high-impact Kaizen events, value stream mapping sessions, and problem-solving workshops
  • Assessing organizational maturity and readiness for Lean transformation; develop tailored roadmaps
  • Building internal capabilities by mentoring Lean leaders, facilitators, and change agents
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through structured coaching, training, and hands-on support
  • Leading diagnostics and benchmarking to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Ensuring alignment of Lean initiatives with strategic business objectives and KPIs
  • Sharing best practices across business units and contributing to the evolution of the Lean operating system
