Responsibilities

  • Client-Facing Support - Be a trusted contact for client queries, ensuring professional responses
  • Support onboarding, delivery and migration activities to deliver a smooth client experience
  • Build relationships that enhance client satisfaction and retention
  • Sales Support - Help prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and client-facing presentations using tools like CPQ and CLM
  • Identify skill, knowledge and capability gaps across sales teams
  • Be the contact for insight into challenges or improvements that could benefit the sales team and sales processes
  • Communication & Collaboration - Guide communication between vertical sales and central functions (marketing, product, customer support)
  • Ensure client needs are aligned with internal delivery teams, tracking resolutions and participate in client meetings, follow-up on action items
  • Sales Process Enablement - Monitor and report on sales performance KPIs, providing relevant insights
  • Contribute to the development of vertical-specific account plans
