Responsibilities

  • Manage the total book of business in APAC, including new client acquisitions, maintenance, and growth of existing clients, with a focus on YOY Net ARR growth
  • Build quality pipelines and qualify prospective clients
  • Assist with and design implementation plans
  • Focus on maintenance, adoption, and continued growth of existing clients
  • Maintain company and market research in Salesforce to inform strategy
  • Partner with other organization leaders to define GTM team culture
  • Report to the Chief Revenue Officer
  • Design and own sales processes from the ground up, understanding funnel metrics
  • Set strategic direction for the APAC GTM team to exceed growth targets, reviewing and updating sales strategies
  • Analyze performance of the APAC sales team against criteria
  • Provide prompt and accurate daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports to executives and senior management
  • Coach and develop APAC-based Sales Executives, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, Client Services, and Account Management teams
  • Define strategic direction to identify and develop new regional market opportunities
  • Advise and coordinate in complex, high-impact sales conversations to move deals forward
  • Serve as key liaison between R&D and regional business teams for commercial viability
  • Partner with R&D and Business teams to advocate for regional needs, including market requirements, user expectations, and compliance standards
  • Advise on regional hosting, infrastructure, and localization requirements
  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the regional sales team
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Assign sales territories and partner with GTM Operations to develop and implement processes
