- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in GTM, SaaS, or tech sales recruiting
- Proven ability to fill critical roles quickly and effectively while maintaining exceptional candidate experience
- Strong relationship management and consultative communication skills

Responsibilities
- Partner with Postman’s GTM leaders and Talent Acquisition team to drive end-to-end recruiting for sales and go-to-market roles
- Create and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract diverse, high-caliber talent
- Manage full-cycle recruiting including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies and tools
- Deliver a world-class candidate experience that reflects both Postman’s and Sustainable Talent’s values
- Provide market insights, data-driven recommendations, and ongoing communication to hiring leaders
