  • 3+ years of consulting, BizOps, SalesOps, or Project Management experience
  • Strong process mindset. You intuitively think about problems in terms of systems, and you are able to quickly implement workflows
  • Meticulous organization skills, with a proven track record managing large projects and owning recurring processes
  • Excellent communicator, with success influencing without formal authority and a passion for communicating broadly
  • Structured and logical thinker with the ability to quickly get up to speed on new industries, products, and challenges
  • Self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t need someone to tell you to “move”. You just move. We’d rather have to tell you to slow down than to speed up

Responsibilities

  • Solve End-to-End Problems: Refine and prioritize ambiguous business goals and develop rigorous plans to achieve them, across countries, teams, and products
  • Implement Processes and Systems: Build processes from the ground up, with particular respect for how they scale as we continue to grow
  • Influence Across Functions: Act as a trusted force multiplier, driving action across all levels of business development, engineering, and operations
  • Manage Complex Projects: Develop dashboards and associated metrics to relentlessly raise the bar on customer experience while reducing internal overhead
  • Embed: Identify risks and opportunities so we can strategically tackle them
  • Special Projects: We are a startup and this is a green space, with plenty of opportunity to build in areas critical to Cape’s success
