Responsibilities

  • Provide direct strategic support to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and serve as a key member of the Commercial Finance team
  • Collaborate closely with CRO, SVP Sales, and VP Revenue Operations, becoming embedded in the daily strategic pulse of the business
  • Achieve deep understanding of business drivers within first 90 days: know key team members, grasp program economics, build trust through delivery and insights
  • Proactively identify future opportunities and risks, provide forward-thinking analysis on productive capacity, program economics, territory planning, headcount decisions, and go-to-market strategy
  • Steer business toward improved LTV to CAC ratios by optimising customer acquisition costs and maximising lifetime value
  • Own financial planning, analysis, and strategic support for GTM organization (field sales force, sales enablement, customer success, revenue operations)
  • Partner on annual budget planning and manage ongoing forecast for commercial headcount and productivity
  • Build and maintain models for program-level economics
  • Serve as finance lead for commission structures and quota planning processes
  • Demonstrate high accountability for outcomes, lead issue resolution, and apply learnings for improvements
