Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
(Preferred) Experience with cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, GCP, or Azure)
(Preferred) Experience mentoring or leading analytics teams or projects

Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to optimize processes and improve performance
Explore, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations
Build automated dashboards and reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making
Evaluate data quality, integrate new data sources, and work with data engineering to improve data infrastructure
Present findings and translate complex analyses into clear, concise insights for non-technical stakeholders
Lead analytics projects and mentor junior analysts in best practices and methodologies
