Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across paid media, organic content, email marketing, and strategic partnerships
  • Identify, prioritize, and test new acquisition channels to optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to align messaging and visuals with performance insights
  • Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and conversion funnels to guide strategy and creative direction
  • Manage A/B and multivariate testing across ads, landing pages, and email flows to improve conversion rates
  • Partner with product and retention teams to design upsell, referral, and win-back programs
  • Forecast growth metrics, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable reports to stakeholders
  • Stay ahead of emerging tools, frameworks, and digital trends to uncover competitive advantages
