Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in user growth or growth hacking related fields in the financial or crypto industry preferred
Strong background in agile methodologies, data-driven strategy, and data analysis
Proficient in growth data and experience using data to inform decision making
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred

Responsibilities

Design and implement user growth strategies to enhance user conversion efficiency from user acquisition to long-term retention, boosting key business metrics (e.g. new user registrations, retention, cross sell, churn rate etc)
Identify core user needs and design AI-driven growth products to drive user growth
Develop product roadmaps, set long term and short time goals, and create tailored local market and global market product solutions to improve on user growth and experience
Leverage data analysis and user insights to create efficient product features that enhance platform appeal and user stickiness
Collaborate with various teams such as campaign, lifecycle marketing, operations, and tech teams to execute growth initiatives
Identify opportunities, and iterate solutions to maintain growth product competitiveness in the crypto industry
Use agile methodologies to manage the development and deployment of growth initiatives
