Requirements

  • 3–6+ years in product management in a growth related role
  • Experience with consumer or SaaS products (ideally with product-led growth or freemium model)
  • Deep data fluency — comfortable with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker), SQL, funnel & cohort analysis
  • Strong sense of product craft — understanding of UI/UX, ability to critique flows, care about simplicity, clarity of copy, reducing friction
  • Experience running and interpreting A/B / multivariate experiments and leveraging tools like Statsig
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and lead without formal authority
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and ability to synthesize complex findings into clear takeaways
  • Technical understanding of web and mobile apps, APIs, performance tradeoffs
  • Comfort in ambiguity, prioritization in resource constrained environments

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and execute growth initiatives, experiments, and features that improve acquisition, activation, retention, engagement, and monetization
  • Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests, funnel tests, multi-variant experiments, and user segmentation experiments
  • Identify key growth bottlenecks via funnel analysis, cohort analysis, user behavior analytics, qualitative research, and hypothesis generation
  • Collaborate with marketing and comms coordinate acquisition channels (paid, organic, referral, partnerships) with in-product hooks
  • Partner closely with UX/UI designers and front / back end engineers to build intuitive, high-quality growth surfaces (onboarding flows, upsells, notifications, recommendation engines, etc.)
  • Translate customer feedback, user interviews, and usability testing into product requirements and priorities
  • Define and monitor guardrail metrics to ensure responsible growth (e.g., quality, retention, engagement)
  • Build roadmaps for growth initiatives, and communicate tradeoffs and data-driven decisions to stakeholders
  • Track and report on key growth metrics and reflect learnings in product iterations
  • Ensure smooth rollouts, monitor performance, and iterate quickly
