Proven experience in web reputation management or social media management on LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter/X
Knowledge of key digital marketing metrics
Knowledge of SEO basics, metrics, and tools like Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, etc
Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including Reddit and Twitter, and their dynamics
Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Deep knowledge and proven successful experience in digital marketing
Excellent research skills (able to solve day-to-day issues independently and develop solutions for complex problems)

Responsibilities

Monitor social networks (Reddit, Twitter, relevant forums) for customer feedback and brand discussions; engage with customers on concerns, questions, and comments
Stay informed on brand sentiment, market trends, and cultural internet moments
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (Content marketing, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Online Advertising, Guerrilla marketing, etc.)
Research new innovative ways and channels to promote brands and products
Research, identify, and recruit new partners (existing in the industry and new to the space)
Work hands-on: recognize opportunities for growth, test, analyze, and scale new ideas/approaches
