Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B SaaS demand generation and growth marketing
Demonstrated understanding of integrated campaign architecture and the customer decision journey
Ability to leverage analytics, marketing automation, and CRM tools to derive campaign performance insights
Demonstrated technical skills such as Excel (or Google Sheets) for data manipulation and visualization, Web analytics tools like Google Analytics, VWO, and modern tech stack
Understanding of Conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques
Resourceful marketer who is self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to define and achieve objectives with limited oversight
Strong relationship builder and high collaborator with Sales, marketing leadership, and other stakeholders
Experience with SMB, payments, or point of sale is preferred
Responsibilities
Create buyer personas that outline their needs, pain points, and behavior. Then, design multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate with these personas and drive conversions
Analyze the data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within existing campaigns and revenue activities. Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts and optimize resource allocation
Design experiments for various marketing channels, including email, social media, and landing pages. Analyze the test results and implement the winning variations. Continuously iterate on messaging, channel, assets, allocation, etc
