  • 3+ years of experience managing performance focused campaigns across search, social, video, display, referral partners and affiliates
  • Fluent German speaker with flawless writing skills
  • Business level English proficiency
  • Expert level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, DV360, YouTube Ads
  • Experience in using website, SEO and business analytics tools such as Looker or Tableau, Google Analytics, Salesforce or Hubspot
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Certified in Google Ads and Google Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Own the Growth targets for the DACH region
  • Plan, execute and optimize Lightspeed’s paid media campaigns and collaborate with SEO agency to drive leads for SDR and Sales team
  • Work with other EMEA performance marketers to share, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROAS
  • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies
  • Partner with DACH Marketing and Sales Teams to achieve monthly marketing and sales targets
  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing Managers to bring to life integrated and multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives (e.g., nurture funnels, brand activations)
  • Track, report, and analyze performance across all marketing channels
  • Work with creative and brand teams to create, manage, and optimize Youtube, display, paid social and direct media buying campaigns
  • Present weekly and monthly performance reports to DACH Sales and Marketing teams
  • Monitor trends, investigate irregularities in performance and troubleshoot ad issues affecting delivery, performance, tracking, and reporting
  • Support Outbound efforts via media campaigns (list warming) to optimize outreach process and pipeline management
